In 1927, according to Isbell's Seed Company, this was the best white tomato variety they had ever grown. The variety apparently goes back to 1850. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces heavy yields of 6-8 oz., slightly-flattened, round, oblate tomatoes with creamy white on inside and outside. Fruit has a luscious sweetness with enough acid balance to keep taste from being wimpy like many others of this color.
