Heart of Somobor AKA Srce Iz Samobora. Originally from a small mining town of Samobor in Croatia where this tomato became a staple. Seeds sent to Vanessa Harris, Paso Robles, CA. Vanessa Harris sent seeds to Gary Ibsen of TomatoFest in 2015. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces large elongated red, paste tomatoes that are fatter than San Marzano. Aside from making a good tasting sauce this is also a good choice as a canning tomato. Rare. Seeds are very limited.
